Private Lesson Subsidization:
Applied lessons at private colleges
typically add a significant financial burden to the cost of a college
education for a music major, but not at Edgewood! We are
proud to provide top-quality applied lessons at a very minimal cost.
Students who elect to take advantage of the subsidized lesson program
typically donate one hour of work per week in exchange for subsidization of
their private lesson, with such simple jobs as handing out programs at
concerts or setting up for a rehearsal. For more information, contact
Dr. Joseph Testa, department chair, at
jtesta@edgewood.edu
